DRIP-XII CONFERENCE – SEPTEMBER 2007
International Conference on Defects – Recognition, Imaging and Physics in Semiconductors

The DRIP-conference is an established international conference series with a tradition of more than 20 years, which brings together the leading scientists in the fields of semiconductor physics and technology.

The Max-Born-Institute and the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut jointly hosted the "DRIP-XII"
from Sept 9 to 13, 2007 in Berlin, Germany.

# More than 150 attendees came from 28 countries. There have been sessions on: Silicon Devices,
# Defects in Group IV-Materials,
# Non-polar GaN and GaN-based devices,
# Advanced analytical methods and devices,
# Defects in Nitrides, New Developments in III-V Materials,
# Defects in Devices,
(A full-day symposium “Defects in Devices” supported by the WWW.BRIGHTER.EU project)
# Advanced Analytical Methods,
# and on Wide Bandgap and II-VI-Materials
with 70 talks, among them 11 invited talks, and 70 posters.
